Returns and exchanges 

Would you like to return your order (partially)?

Returns can be made at your own cost within 14 days of receiving your order, but only if the items are undamaged, unworn, unused, and the packaging is intact.

Reach out to us if you would like to exchange or return a product, we are happy to help you. For questions about your retour please e-mail retour@studiobymoonie.com

Before exchanging or returning any products, here are some rules of engagement first:

1. Starting on the day of delivery, you have 14 days to apply for an exchange or return. Applications sent after this period will not be accepted.
2. Make sure that the product is in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in its original plastic bag.
3. Fold all garments exactly the way you received them. Anything rumpled or wrinkled will not be appreciated and an extra cost of €10 will be subtracted from the reimbursement.
4. Postal costs for returned products are the customers responsibility. This will only be refunded in case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
5. We cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit.
6. Make sure that all previous information is understood and respected before reaching out to us.

 

HOW TO RETURN
Step 1: Complete the return form that came with your order. Lost your return form? You can download it here.
Step 2: Make a retourlabel in our returnportal at your own cost.
Step 3: Place your items in a box/shipping bag, along with the completed return form.
Step 4: We will get a track & trace from your package

Please return the item with a track & trace code so that you can track your order and ensure it safely arrives back to us.

Once we have received your return and it meets our return conditions, we will refund the amount to the account number used for the original purchase within 7 calendar days.

Exchanges are not possible. If you would like the item in a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.
